In honor of Britanee's birthday, we will come together for a private party to explore heart power, surrender, and gratitude through the yoga, rest, and reflection In addition to a gentle flow/yin yoga class, there will be time for a rose meditation, individual written reflection, and short group sharing. All participants will leave with organic chocolate, homemade rosewater and a rose quartz.
Items to bring: yoga mat, journal & pen, blankets/props/cushions (optional)
